As of December 31, 2007 we had purchased 737,093 shares at a cost of approximately $4,985,000. The Company has authorized a new program for the repurchase of up to $2 million of our outstanding common stock in the open market.

U.S. Home Systems, Inc. announced that The Home Depot and the Company have mutually agreed to extend the service provider agreement until February 28, 2011 and to phase out the sale and installation of the Company's wood deck products in all The Home Depot markets. In addition, the Company and The Home Depot agreed that effective immediately, the Company will cease selling its deck products in the Midwest, Boston, Connecticut, Virginia Beach and Atlanta Home Depot markets.
