VSE Corp.'s Energetics Incorporated Wins Contract Award From U.S. Department of Homeland Security To Support Its Voluntary Private Sector Preparedness Program

VSE Corp. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Energetics Incorporated, was awarded a contract from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's (DHS's) Voluntary Private Sector Preparedness Program (PS-PREP). The total value of the new contract over its one year base period and two option years is $3.4 million. Through this contract Energetics will provide Mission Support Services to assist the PS-Prep Program in its purpose to promote private-sector preparedness in 18 critical infrastructure and key resource (CIKR) sectors. 

 
VSE Corp.'s G&B Solutions, Inc. Announces Contract For Systems Operations Support Services

VSE Corp. announced that G&B Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of the Company has received notification of a contract award to provide Systems Operations Support Services to the Social Security Administration (SSA) as a subcontractor to Koniag Services, Inc. The engagement has a ceiling value of $100 million over five years. 

 
VSE Corp. Announces Worldwide Logistics Contract

VSE Corp. announced that its Federal Group was awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) Logistics Worldwide (LOGWORLD) Schedule 874 V contract. This new schedule contract is available to all Federal agencies and represents potential VSE revenues of approximately $50 million for the five-year base period, with options to extend the period of performance for up to 10 additional years. 

 
VSE Corp. Receives Contract From US Army Support Services

VSE Corp. announced that its Federal Group Communications & Engineering Division and Field Support Services Division were awarded a new contract task order. This new task order for US Army Support Services represents potential VSE revenues of up to approximately $389 million over the next two years, if the task order option period is exercised. Under the new competitively awarded task order, VSE and its major subcontractor will provide technical support services including program management, integrated logistics, repair, maintenance and sustainment of route and area clearance countermine/counter Improvised Explosive Device vehicular systems on behalf of the US Army Program Executive Office Combat Support and Combat Service Support systems, Product Manager for Assured Mobility Systems (AMS). Work will be performed primarily in Southwest Asia with the total effort targeted to provide rapid turn-around of repaired military assets to the combat soldier. 

 
VSE Corp. Announces Resignation Of Mr. Ervine As CEO and President -Form 8-K

VSE Corp. announced that in its Form 8-K that Mr. Ervine, resigned as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), President and Chief Operating Officer and agreed to serve as the Company's Executive Chairman, effective as of April 28, 2008, for a period of two years from January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2010.
