The Hon. Ronald Joseph Arculli, OBE, is Non-Executive Director of Power Assets Holdings Ltd. He was appointed to the Board in 1997. Mr. Arculli is also a Director of HK Electric. He is a practising solicitor and the convenor of the non-official members of the Executive Council of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He also serves on the committees of various Government and public service bodies. He is the Independent Non-executive Chairman of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, an Independent Non-executive Director of Hang Lung Properties Limited and SCMP Group Limited and a Non-executive Director of HKR International Limited, Hutchison Harbour Ring Limited, Sino Hotels (Holdings) Limited, Sino Land Company Limited and Tsim Sha Tsui Properties Limited.
