Brief Biography
Mr. Holger Kluge is Independent Non-Executive Director of Hutchison Whampoa Ltd since 2004. He worked 40 years for Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), one of North America's financial institutions. From 1990 until his retirement in 1999, he was president and chief executive officer of CIBC's Personal and Commercial Bank. He is an independent non-executive director of Power Assets and the Chair of the board of directors of Shoppers Drug Mart Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master's degree in Business Administration.
