Mr. Cheng Ming Fun is Independent Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of the Board of Esprit Holdings Ltd. He has been an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company since November 2002 and became Deputy Chairman of the Company effective from 20 July 2008. He is an independent non-executive director of Global Logistic Properties Limited, a company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. He is also an independent non-executive chairman of Vietnam Infrastructure Ltd. and an independent non-executive director of Pacific Alliance China Land Ltd., both companies are listed on the AIM Board of the London Stock Exchange. He is an independent non-executive director of Pacific Can China Holdings Limited and the chairman of China High Growth Fund. He was an independent non-executive director of Kingboard Chemical Holdings Limited and Pou Sheng International (Holdings) Limited, both companies are listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
