Mr. Ma Chiu-Cheung is Independent Non-executive Director of China Resources Power Holdings Company Ltd., since December 2006. Mr. Ma is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.
