Rossetti, Paolo 

Brief Biography

Mr. Paolo Rossetti was a Member of the Management Board and General Manager of Technical-Operational Area of A2A S.p.A. from March 10, 2008 till August 31, 2014. Prior to that, he was General Manager of the Company, as well as Corporate Area Manager from 2000 until 2002. He has served in the Company since 1993. From 1976 to 1981, he served at Gruppo OCEAN SpA, in charge of production quality (1976-1977), product manager for European and the United States markets (1977-1980), as Deputy Manager of planning and important corporate clients (1980-1981). He is a Member of the International Certification Committee ANIE and similar committees at a European level (BSI, VDE, AFNOR, Kema) and the American (UL). From 1981 to 2007, he served at ASM SpA, now A2A, in charge of organizational development and training (1981-1984), as Project Manager for the Sintesi SpA project (1984-1987), as responsible for staff selection, training and development (1987-1992), as responsible for management control service, economic analysis, organization and quality (1993-1995), as Head of Personnel Department (1996-1999), as Corporate Area Manager (2000-2007) and since 2002 he has carried out activities as General Manager. Since December 1, 2009, he has been Member of the Board of Directors of FederUtility and Chairman of the Commission Energy Networks of FederUtility. He serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Edison SpA, Transalpina di Energia Srl, Edipower SpA, Delmi SpA, Ecodeco Srl, Aprica SpA, Partenope Ambiente SpA, A2A Reti Elettriche SpA, A2A Reti Gas SpA and as Sole Director of A2A Calore & Servizi Srl and A2A Produzione Srl. He gained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and has been in the registry of Engineers since 1976.
