Brief Biography
Prof. Jose Buenaventura Terceiro Lomba serves as Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abengoa SA, representing Aplicaciones Digitales SL. He has been on the Company's Board since April 4, 2007, and was appointed as Executive Vice Chairman of the Company's Board on December 10, 2007. He is also Member of the Audit, Strategy, and Nominating and Remuneration Committees of the Company. He has been as Member of the Board of Directors of Grupo Prisa, Iberia Lineas Aereas de Espana and Corporacion Caixa Galicia. He was Sub-Secretary of the Cabinet Office from 1981 to 1982. Currently, he is Chairman of Bioetanol Galicia SA. In addition, he received the Prizes CEOE to Economic Sciences and King James I to Economics. He graduated in Economics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where he is also Professor of Applied Economics.
