Mr. Bradley M. Eckmann has been appointed as Director of Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc., effective April 25, 2012. Mr. Eckmann is an Associate of WCP and joined the firm in 2011. Prior to joining WCP, Mr. Eckmann was an investment banking analyst with Morgan Stanley in New York and Chicago from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Eckmann also serves on the board of directors of Maxum Petroleum and serves as a board observer of National Security Partners and Sterling Healthcare, all private companies. Mr. Eckmann was designated as a director by the WCP Investors.
