Mr. John M. Dionisio is President and Chief Executive Officer of AECOM Technology Corporation since October 1, 2005, and was elected to the Board of Directors in December 2005. From October 2003 to October 2005, Mr. Dionisio served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. From October 2000 to October 2003, Mr. Dionisio served as President and Chief Executive Officer of subsidiary, DMJM+Harris, Inc. Mr. Dionisio joined Frederic R. Harris, Inc., predecessor company to DMJM+Harris, in 1971, where he served in many capacities, including Chief Executive Officer from October 1999 to October 2003, President from July 1996 to October 1999, Executive Vice President in charge of all U.S. operations from 1993 to 1996 and Manager of the New York Operations and Northern Region Manager from 1992 to 1993. Mr. Dionisio is also a director of Corinthian Colleges, Inc.
