Mr. Pablo Vallbona Vadell serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Acs Actividades de Construccion y Servicios SA. He has been on the Company's Board since September 5, 1997. He is Member of the Company’s Executive and Nominating and Remuneration Committees. In addition to his current duties at the Company, he occupies the post of Board Member of Abertis Infraestructuras SA and Vice Chairman of Corporacion Financiera Alba SA. He also acts as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Iberpistas and Member of the Board of Trustees of the March Foundation. He has worked in the March Group since 1970 and in various companies, including Uralita, Gines Navarro Construcciones, Simago, Cementos Alba, Banco Urquijo, Pryca and Banca March, among others. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in Economics from the IESE Business School at Universidad de Navarra and graduated in Naval Engineering from Escuela Tecnica Superior de Ingenerios Navales at Universidad Politecnica de Madrid.
