Mr. J. Edward Sheridan is Independent Chairman of the Board of Authentidate Holding Corp. He joined the company's board of directors in June 1992 and was appointed as Chairman of the Board on March 2, 2009. From 1985 to the present, Mr. Sheridan served as the President of Sheridan Management Corp. From 1975 to 1985, Mr. Sheridan served as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of AMF.
