Mr. Andreas Jacobs has been Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Adecco SA since January 1, 2012. He became Member of the Board of Directors of the Company in May 2006. In addition, he has been Chairman of the Nomination and Compensation Committee since May 2008 and Member of the Audit Committee at the Company since April 2011. From 1991 till 1993, he served as Consultant and Project Manager at Boston Consulting Group. He has been Independent Entrepreneur since 1992. He is Executive Chairman of Jacobs Holding AG, Chairman of Barry Callebaut AG, Minibar AG, Jacobs Venture AG and Triventura AG, among others. He graduated in Law from Universities of Freiburg, Muenchen and Montpellier, as well as obtained a Juris Doctor degree in European competition law from Albert-Ludwigs-Universitat Freiburg and an Masters of Business Administration from INSEAD.
