Ms. Francoise Malrieu has served as Independent Director of Aeroports de Paris SA since July 15, 2009. She is Chairperson of the Remuneration Committee and Member of the Audit Committee of the Company. She joined the Company's Board of Directors on July 22, 2005. She currently serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Societe de Financement de l'Economie Francaise and Member of the Board of Directors of La Poste, amongst others. She was previously held the post of Managing Director of Deutsche Bank and was Associate Manager of Aforge Finance.
