Mr. Shawn L. Lucht is Senior Vice President - Operations of ADT Corp. He is responsible for a wide range of critical customer-facing functions including installation, service, field administration, customer care, monitoring and e-services. Prior to the Separation, Mr. Lucht served as the Group Vice President of Operations for Tyco’s ADT North American Residential business segment. Mr. Lucht joined ADT in 2010 as part of the Broadview Security acquisition. During his 21-year career with ADT and Broadview, Mr. Lucht has held a variety of senior leadership positions including Executive Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President for Strategy and Corporate Development at Broadview Security (formerly Brinks Home Security). Mr. Lucht holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington.
