Mr. John P. Dubinsky is Independent Director of Aegion Corp. Mr. Dubinsky has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Westmoreland Associates, LLC (a financial consulting company) since before 2001. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of CORTEX (a public purpose non-profit established to buy property for the development of a biotechnology corridor in the St. Louis, Missouri area) from 2003 to 2009 and has served as its Chairman since 2009. Mr. Dubinsky also serves as the Chairman of Stifel Bank and Trust, Co-Chairman of Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theatre, and Chairman of the St. Louis Public Library Foundation, is on the Boards of Directors of Stifel Financial Corp., Washington University in St. Louis, and the St. Louis Public Library, and serves as a trustee for Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis and as trustee of National Public Radio in Washington D.C.
