Wei-Shin Tsay, Ph.D. has served as Senior Vice President, Product Development of Alliance Fiber Optic Products, Inc., since August 2000. From 1996 through August 2000, Dr. Tsay held various management positions in engineering, operations, and marketing at JDS Uniphase. From 1994 through 1996, Dr. Tsay held various product management positions at Lucent Microelectronics/Optoelectronics Strategic Business Unit. From 1982 through 1994, Dr. Tsay held various engineering and technical management positions at Bell Labs. Dr. Tsay received an M.S. in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Lehigh University, a Ph.D. in physics from the University of Rochester and a B.S. in Physics at the National Tsing-Hua University in Hsin-Chu, Taiwan.
