Michael P. Harmon has been a Director of Alliance Healthcare Services, Inc. since April 2007. Mr. Harmon is a Managing Director of Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., a registered investment advisor and affiliate of Oaktree Group, where he has been responsible for sourcing, evaluating and managing private equity investments since 1997. Prior to this, Mr. Harmon held positions in the Corporate Recovery Consulting group of Price Waterhouse and the Distressed Credits group at Society Corporation. Mr. Harmon currently serves as a director of Suddenlink Communications (a part of Cequel Communications, LLC), Novis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Senior Home Care and Wright Line. Mr. Harmon currently serves as Chairman of Company's Compensation Committee and a member of Company's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and Finance Committee. Pursuant to a Governance and Standstill Agreement, Oaktree and MTS currently collectively have the right to designate three persons to Company's Board of Directors, and Mr. Harmon is one of those designees.
