Mr. Paul S. Viviano serves as Director of Alliance Healthcare Services Inc. He is no longer Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of the Company., effective June 1, 2012. He has been a director since 2003 and the Chairman of the Board since November 2003. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer from January 2, 2003 through April 7, 2003, when he became President and Chief Executive Officer. Effective October 1, 2004, Mr. Viviano became Chief Executive Officer. Before joining the Company, Mr. Viviano was chief executive officer of USC University Hospital and USC Norris Cancer Hospital from 2000 to 2002. He was employed by the St. Joseph Health System from 1987 to 2000 and served as its executive vice president and chief operating officer from 1995 to 2000.
