Walter Clark has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Air T, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer since April 1997. Mr. Clark also serves as a director of Mountain Air Cargo, Inc. (“MAC”) and CSA, Air, Inc. (“CSA”), subsidiaries of the Company, and as the Chief Executive Officer of MAC, Executive Vice President of Global Ground Support, LLC (“GGS”) and Global Aviation Services, LLC (“GAS”), other subsidiaries of the Company, President of CSA and Executive Vice President of MAC Aviation Services, LLC (“MACAS”), a Company subsidiary. Mr. Clark was elected a director of Air T, Inc. in April 1996. Mr. Clark was self-employed in the real estate development business from 1985 until April 1997.
