People: Aker Solutions ASA (AKSO.OL)

Ms. Nicoletta Giadrossi has been Head of Operations as Aker Solutions ASA since April 2013. Before that, she was Member of the Board of Directors of the Company from April 13, 2012 until April 12, 2013. She was Chairperson of the Company’s Audit and Risk Committees. She has broad experience from the oil and gas industry and she was previously employed by Aker ASA to work on the company’s industrial portfolio, with particular focus on Aker Solutions. Prior to that, she was an Officer of the Corporation and Vice President and General Manager for EMEA in Dresser-Rand and she has held a number of senior positions in General Electric. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
