Mr. Bernard Andre Joseph Bourigeaud serves as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Amadeus IT Holding SA. He has been on the Company's Board since May 6, 2010. He is also Member of the Company's Nominating and Remuneration Committee. In the past, he worked at Atos Origin, CIC, Price Waterhouse and Continental Grain.
