Mr. Patrick L. Keran, J.D., serves as President, Chief Operating Officer, Secretary of Adventrx Pharmaceuticals Inc. Mr. Keran joined company in August 2006 and currently serves as president and chief operating officer, a position he has held since February 2010. He has also served as principal financial officer since July 2009 and as secretary since September 2006. From August 2006 to February 2010, Mr. Keran served as general counsel and, from January 2007 to February 2010, he served as vice president, legal.
