Mr. Dennis L. Winger is Independent Director of Accuray Incorporated., since September 11, 2009. Mr. Winger most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Applied Biosystems, Inc. from 1997 to 2008. Mr. Winger has also served on the boards of directors of Cephalon, Inc., a drug developer and seller, with activities focusing on central nervous system disorders since 2003; Vertex Pharmaceuticals, a company that discovers, develops and markets small molecule drugs that address viruses, cancer and autoimmune, inflammatory and neurological diseases since 2009; and Nektar Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company, since 2009.
