Ms. Flavia Vigio serves as Vice President of Communications of Arcos Dorados Holding Inc. She is responsible for the areas of Media and Public Relations, Government Relations, Internal Communication, Corporate Citizenship, Customer Relations and Crisis Management for the region. Prior to her appointment, she was responsible for communications in Brazil until 2007. At the beginning of her career, she spent five years living in Milan, Italy, where she worked as a Public Relations Supervisor at Prima Classe, a leather goods retailer. She began her McDonald’s career as the Internal Communications Manager in Brazil in 2002. She holds a degree in Journalism from Pontifícia Universidade Catolica do Rio de Janeiro.
