Brief Biography
Mr. Jean-Claude Le Lan has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Argan SA since April 17, 2003. He is the founder of Batiroc. He also founded Argan SA in 1993. He graduated from Conservatoire National des Arts et Metiers (CNAM), Institut d'Administration des Entreprises (IAE) and also holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Le Lan is also Co-Manager of SARL IMMO CBI (Argan's subsidiary) and was Co-Manager of Les Tulipes (Immogonesse's subsidiary).
