Ms. Dian C. Taylor is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Artesian Resources Corp. She is Director since 1991 - Chair of the Board since July 1993, and Chief Executive Officer and President of Artesian Resources Corporation and its subsidiaries since September 1992.
