Mr. Cyrus Driver is Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Director of Auro Resources Corporation. He has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary of the Company effective January 11, 2013. Mr. Driver is a chartered accountant and was a founding partner of Driver Anderson. He is currently a partner in the firm of Davidson and Company LLP and also currently serves as director or CFO of several TSX Venture companies.
