Mr. Anders Gruden has served as Member of the Board of Directors at ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA since April 26, 2007. He is also Member of the Company's Compensation, Audit and Nomination Committees. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of Syncron. Prior to joining Syncron, he spent seven years with Accenture, formulating strategies for clients in a variety of industries, and four years with Investor AB as Managing Director for its European venture capital operation with focus on technology companies. He holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration.
