People: Atlas Copco AB (ATCOa.ST)

Mr. Staffan Bohman has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Atlas Copco AB since 2003. He is also Member of the Company’s Audit Committee. Apart from his duties at Atlas Copco, Mr. Bohman chairs the Boards of Cibes Lift AB and Ersta Diakoni. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Rezidor Hotel Group AB and the Board of Trustees of SNS. Additionally, he is Member of the Board of Directors of Inter-IKEA Holding N.V., Ratos AB and Boliden AB, and of the Swedish Corporate Governance Board. Mr. Bohman is a former Chief Executive Officer of Sapa AB, Granges AB and DeLaval AB. He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Handelshogskolan i Stockholm (Stockholm School of Economics), Sweden, and has taken Stanford Executive Program.
