Brief Biography
Mr. Joerg Strughold is Vice President - European Sales of Atmel Corporation. Joerg joins Atmel from Qimonda, the former memory division of Infineon Technologies, where he was global head of sales and marketing as well as regional president for the European region. Prior to Qimonda, Joerg led the European sales organization at Infineon during a time of significant growth in both product and solution sales. Among other leadership positions during his 15 years of international semiconductor business experience, Joerg has also served as a marketing manager at Siemens Semiconductor's Microcontroller Business Unit.
