Mr. Reuben S. Leibowitz is Independent Director of AV Homes, Inc. He has been Managing Director of JEN Partners, LLC, a private equity firm, since 2005. He serves as a director of Simon Property Group and as a member of its Compensation and Audit Committees. He also serves as a director of several private companies controlled by or affiliated with JEN Partners. Mr. Leibowitz is an Overseer of the Stern School of Business (NYU) and a member of Hillel’s International Board of Governors. He previously served as a director of Chelsea Property, Grubb & Ellis, Lennar, and Pacific Greystone. Mr. Leibowitz’s more than 25 years of experience in real estate investment and service as a director of other publicly traded real estate and home building companies make him an asset to the operations and growth of AV Homes' active adult developments and other real estate endeavors.
