Ms. Paige Parisi has served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Avid Technology Inc since May 2006. From June 2003 to May 2006, Ms. Parisi was Corporate Counsel for Avid Technology Inc. Ms. Parisi also served as outside counsel while in private practice at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP from 1997 to 2003. Prior to beginning her law career, Ms. Parisi was a news producer for the CBS Evening News and NBC Nightly News.
