Russell Professor of Business Administration at the Culverhouse College of Commerce, The University of Alabama, since 1988. He served as the Dean at the Culverhouse College of Commerce, The University of Alabama, from 1988 to 2011. Dr. Mason also served as the Interim President of The University of Alabama during 2002 and 2003. Dr. Mason has been determined to be independent by the Board as defined by NASDAQ listing standards.
