Brief Biography
Mr. Jesse G. Foster serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Banner Corp. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Board and a director of Banner Bank. Mr. Foster retired as an officer of Banner as of the end of 2003 and now serves as a consultant to Banner Bank. He was formerly the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of Inland Empire Bank, which he joined in 1962.
