Mr. Marco Antonio Rossi serves as Executive Vice President and Member of the Executive Board of Banco Bradesco SA. He has held these posts since January 2012. He is Member of the Bank's Compliance, Ethics, Risk Management and Executive Committees. He started to work at Bradesco Vida e Previdencia in July 1981, where he reached all scales of the career and, in January 1999, he was elected as an Officer, in May 2001, as a Managing Officer and, in August 2002, as Chief Executive Officer until March 2010. He is Chief Executive Officer of Bradesco Seguros SA, Bradseg Participacoes Ltda, of Atlantica Companhia de Seguros and of BSP Affinity Ltda, as well as Officer of BP Promotora de Vendas Ltda, in which he participates in the management of other companies of Grupo Bradesco de Seguros e Previdencia. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Europ Assistance Brasil Servicos de Assistencia SA, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors Odontoprev SA and Chief Executive Officer of Federacao Nacional de Previdencia Privada e Vida - Fenaprevi, Vice President of Fenaseg - Federacao Nacional das Empresas de Seguros Privados e de Capitalizacao and Member of Directing Council of Associacao Comercial do Rio de Janeiro. He graduated in Marketing Management, with post graduated studies in Management, both from Universidade Paulista UNIP and attended to Fundacao Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP).
