Brief Biography
Mr. Robert E. Diamond was appointed President of Barclays PLC and became an executive Director on 1st June 2005. Bob is responsible for the Investment Banking and InvestmentManagement business of the Barclays Group, comprising of Barclays Capital, Barclays Global Investors and Barclays Wealth. He previouslyworked forMorgan Stanley and CS First Boston,where hewas Vice-Chairman and Head of Global Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange. He is Chairman ofOld Vic Productions PLC since September 2007.
