Amin J. Khoury has been the Chairman of the Board of BE Aerospace, Inc since July 1987 when he founded the company. Effective December 31, 2005, Mr. Amin J. Khoury was appointed Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Amin J. Khoury also served as the company’s Chief Executive Officer until April 1, 1996. Since 1986, Mr. Khoury has been a director of Synthes, Inc., the world’s leading manufacturer and marketer of orthopedic trauma implants and a leading global manufacturer and marketer of cranial-maxillofacial and spine implants. Mr. Khoury is a member of the board of Directors of the Aerospace Industries Association.
