Mr. Vito Ponzio, Jr., serves as Senior Vice President - Human Resources of BioScrip Inc. Mr. Ponzio was appointed Senior Vice President of Human Resources on December 2010. Mr. Ponzio joined BioScrip in January 2010 and was responsible for all operations aspects of the Community Store Division. Previously, Mr. Ponzio was the Senior Vice President, Administration for Coram Specialty Infusion Services (“Coram”), a division of Apria Healthcare. He was with Coram for 19 years, from 1990 to 2009, and was responsible for human resources, legal, risk management, facilities and construction management, clinical operations and payroll. During his tenure, he also held the position of Compliance Officer and EEO Officer of Coram and served on the Board of Directors for all Coram subsidiary companies.
