Mr. Michael E. Huss is an Independent Director of The Buckle, Inc., since May 29, 2009. Mr. Huss is General Counsel for Mutual of Omaha Bank and Deputy General Counsel, Chief Securities Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary for the Mutual of Omaha Companies. Mr. Huss has been with Mutual of Omaha since 1993, holding various positions prior to those he currently serves. Prior to joining the Mutual of Omaha Companies, Mr. Huss practiced law as a partner at the Kutak Rock law firm in Omaha, Nebraska and was a certified public accountant in San Diego, California.
