Mr. Wolfgang Mayrhuber has been Member of the Supervisory Board of Bayerische Motoren Werke AG since May 13, 2004. Until October 19, 2009, Mr. Mayrhuber was active as Member of the Board of SWISS International Air Lines AG and until April 2, 2007, he was Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Thomas Cook AG. Mr. Mayrhuber occupied the position of Chairman of the Management Board at Deutsche Lufthansa AG until December 31, 2010. He was also Board Member of Fraport AG until June 30, 2010 and of SN Airholding NV until December 31, 2010. Currently, Mr. Mayrhuber sits on the Board of Lufthansa Technologes AG (Chairman), Muenchener Rueckversicherungs-Gesellschaft Aktiengesellschaft, and Austrian Airlines AG, among others. Since April 14, 2010 he also has served as Member of the Supervisory Board at UBS AG.
