Mr. Dennis H. Friedrich is Chief Executive Officer, Director of Brookfield Office Properties Inc. Mr. Friedrich has served as a director since August 2, 2012. Mr. Friedrich was appointed Chief Executive Officer of BPO on July 1, 2012 following a year as President and Global Chief Investment Officer. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer of BPO’s U.S. Commercial Operations since 2009. Previously, he was President of Brookfield Office Properties' U.S. Commercial Operations, following two years as Chief Operating Officer of U.S. Commercial Operations. Mr. Friedrich also previously held the role of head of Strategic Initiatives for BPO’s U.S. property portfolio. Prior to joining BPO, Dennis was co-head of Jones Lang LaSalle's tenant advisory practice in New York. He holds a business degree in finance from Baruch College and is a member of the Board of Governors of NAREIT.
