Mr. Lyell Dampeer serves as the Corporate Vice President, U.S. Investor Communication Solutions of Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc. He is responsible for the company's U.S. regulatory communication services, and for transaction reporting and electronic communication services. Prior to the appointment to his current role in 2012, Mr. Dampeer served as the head of the company's U.S. regulatory communications services including post-sale fulfillment from 2009.
