Mr. Richard J. Haviland is Lead Independent Director of Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc. Mr. Haviland served for 20 years in various executive and financial positions at ADP, most recently as its Chief Financial Officer and a member of its Executive Committee, retiring from ADP in 2001.
