Mr. Wilson Luiz Matar serves as Member of the Executive Board of Banco Santander Brasil SA. He has 29 years of banking experience serving in Brazilian banks (Itae and Unibanco) and for 11 years at Grupo Santander. He worked at Santander Group for seven years in the Controller Area, being responsible for management information and budget and for years, he has been responsible for Risks of Solvency in the Executive Vice Presidency of Credit and Market Risks, with the functions of control and monitoring of the Group‘s credit portfolios. He is also President of the Audit Committee of Banespre. He graduated in Civil Engineering from Universidade de Sao Paulo (USP) and in Business Administration from FEA at Universidade de Sao Paulo.
