Mr. Schumacher has served as a Director of BlueLinx Holdings Inc since May 2004. He is a director of Noranda HoldCo and has been a director of that company since January 2008. He also is a member of the board of directors of Quality Distribution Inc. and a member of the board of managers of Quality Distribution LLC and has served on those boards since May 2004.
