People: Credit Agricole SA (CAGR.PA)

Mr. Pierre Cambefort is a Member of the Executive Committee of Credit Agricole SA and has served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) since September 1, 2010. He is in charge of Coverage, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and the international network within Credit Agricole CIB. He joined the Credit Agricole Group in 1991, first in the general inspection and audit department of Caisse Nationale de Credit Agricole (CNCA), and then at Credit Agricole d’Ile-de-France Regional Bank (1995–2003), where he was deputy head of credit development before becoming head of marketing and communications. After two years in charge of personal customers at Credit Agricole SA (2004-2005), he was appointed Deputy CEO of Credit Agricole Centre-Est Regional Bank in 2006. Mr. Cambefort is a graduate of Stanford University and Ecole Superieure de Physique et de Chimie in Paris.
