Mr. Blain A. Tiffany serves as Vice President; President of Castle Metals Plate of A.M. Castle & Co. He began his employment with the registrant in 2000 and was appointed to the position of District Manager. He was appointed Eastern Region Manager in 2003, Vice President — Regional Manager in 2005 and in 2006 was appointed to the position of Vice President — Sales. In 2007 Mr. Tiffany was appointed to the position of Vice President of the registrant and President of Castle Metals Plate. In January 2009 Mr. Tiffany was elected to the Position of Vice President of the registrant and President of Castle Metals Aerospace.
