Mr. Henrik Hvidtfeldt has served as Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors at cBrain A/S since 2006. He is Founder and Member of the Management of HVISTA Aps. He previously worked as Head of Development at OLICOM A/S from 1985 to 1990, Development Consultant for Boersinformation Telecom A/S from 1990 to 1992, Co-Founder and Director of TENFORE A/S from 1992 to 1995, Founder and Member of the Management at COCOM A/S from 1995 to 1999 and Member of the Management at CISCO CPS A/S from 1999 to 2000.
