Mr. Charles G. Kim has been Executive Vice President of Commerce Bancshares, Inc. since April 1995 and Executive Vice President of Commerce Bank, N.A. (Missouri) since January 2004. Prior thereto, he was Senior Vice President of Commerce Bank, N.A. (Clayton, MO), a former subsidiary of Commerce Bancshares. Kim is actively involved in community and business organizations including the boards of Logan College of Chiropractic, Junior Achievement of Mississippi Valley, and the Missouri Baptist Hospital Community Advisory Board. He graduated from the Washington University Executive MBA program in 1992 and was a 1982 graduate of Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He become Chief Financial Officer of Commerce Bancshares, Inc., effective July 1, 2009.
